The Panel Rib Roof panels offered are available in standard 26 gauge thickness, with an optional 24 gauge. These panels have a width of 36″ and feature 1-3/16″ high ribs. They can be produced in lengths of up to 48′, providing flexibility in design and reducing the number of seams.

The panels are designed with a purlin bearing edge (PBE), which enhances strength and rigidity. They are attached using self-drilling, stainless steel capped fasteners that match the color of the panels, ensuring a secure and aesthetically pleasing installation. The absence of field seaming speeds up the installation process, and the wide module and long length of the panels minimize sidelaps and endlaps, further increasing installation efficiency.
 
To ensure weather resistance, sealant is applied to every metal-to-metal contact point. The roof slope can be as low as ½:12″, allowing for design flexibility. Additionally, the Panel Rib Roof can accommodate up to 6″ of fiberglass blanket insulation, providing high levels of energy efficiency.
 
The Panel Rib Roof panels are available in a variety of color options with a KXL finish, which is a durable coating that maintains its appearance over time. We also offers unpainted Galvalume® panels.
